Installation of security patches on the PPPoE gateways. This causes your login session to be interrupted. Your router will automatically reconnect to backup gateways.

ADSL service in the Toronto region was interrupted due to a fiber cut. Service is now recovered. The disruption caused PPPoE to recycle connection.
